One of nicest suite type hotels I’ve stayed in. Friendly staff, clean room with an amazing view, safe and convenient location. Google Maps overall rating should be much higher than 4.0 for sure. Enjoyed my stay.
Upon checking in Shaquill & Eva made. E feel very welcomed. I have a 3 decade tenure in hospitality & I recommend staying here. The pool, Spa, fitness center are all very clean! I didn’t have a chance to have the complimentary breakfast, but did take a look & will be having in the morning!
Jackie checked me in, and is a stellar employee! Very kind and great customer service. Breakfast was amazing! I buy the same omelettes for my Home2, but these are so much fluffier! Love the new breakfast burrito or taco concept!
Perfect for our stay. We had some issues with the room that were corrected immediately! AC stopped working on our first night. They replaced the unit with a new one. That one was faulty and they replaced it again the next day! Everyone had great attitudes and were well and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality!
I made a mistake on room selection- Manager didn't event try to help stating hotel was booked. Seemed very bothered. Later that day I checked in with another staff membe- in five minutes we had a new room. Hmm, maybe the receptionist should be promoted- we could tell she was an excellent employee with great customer care skills. Note- I realize the error was mind and would have understood if no change could be made. But Manager..next time at least try.
We stopped at this charming hotel driving home from Los Angeles to Arizona. The lobby is very lovely and the room was pretty and also quiet. Breakfast was decent and all in all it was a great stopover after our evening in Los Angeles.
Love this hotel pretty rooms quiet on 3rd floor stay away from the 1st floor slamming doors they are like a explosion. Great park next door for dogs pool is small but clean hot tub fitness and great food in area 20 minutes from palm springs. Free breakfast the windows also open which I love to get air. Loud street in back is the only negative here.
Great hotel, well equipped rooms with kitchens. Gym had everything needed to stay fit. Free breakfast with hot and cold breakfast favourites. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Walkable area with a few restaurant options within walking distance from the hotel. If in the area again we definitely will not have a problem staying again.
